I have used Everything Appliance several times over the past few years. The owner, Justin, understands that when we call a repairman, it is an "emergency" and we need help fast. He has always been very quick to respond and very thorough in his work. I feel like I get more than I paid for--a rare thing these days. Our washing machine suddenly made a horrible grinding noise and stopped working one day. With a new baby the laundry was going to just pile up! Justin was able to come out the same day we called and find a solution. He repaired the drain pump and made sure everything else was in working order, even checking the drum suspension. Justin was personable, knowledgeable, and saved the day. Thank you!!

Hire someone else. Justin Nimmo told me he could be out for our repair as early as the next day. Then he completely ghosted us. Did not show up. Did not have the decency to txt or call to say he's not coming. I took off work and waited at the house all day. Tried many times to contact him..

I tried to put you on the schedule, but you didn't send the address until the following day around 10am which by that time the day was filled. You werent even in my phone as a known number, so I didn't see your texts. 24 hours isn't ghosting . Sorry you took off work before we even scheduled an appointment. We are all doing the best we can. Highly recommend this company. They were able to fit me in the same day, and did not charge a crazy amount. Justin was honest when I asked him about the age of our dryer, and if it was worth the repair.
