Our primary bedroom door to the backyard was always drafty…Eden’s installed our new door. The draft is 100% gone! We also appreciate the reasonable cost of the service & their consistent & reliable correspondence!

Chester, this is Ken Eden, and I am the owner. I am so sorry that no one got back with you. I will check into why you have not received a return call and we will be getting back with you by end of the business day tomorrow. Again, I am sorry.

Ken Eden

We had them come out and look at the job so they could give us an estimate, but then they never got back to us. I guess maybe they didn't want to do our job, but instead of telling us that they just stopped answering the phone or replying to email. We called and called and emailed and they completely ghosted us. It doesn't look like this is the first time that has happened, we noticed other reviews mentioned that this happened to them as well, a year ago and three years ago. If I could give them zero stars I would because this is so unprofessional, and it's something they have clearly made a habit of. We should have read the reviews more carefully and looked back to see that this is a pattern and avoided them altogether.

Had Ken Eden come out and evaluate our project. He was very professional in person. Told me he would have a quote to me by the following week. It's been three weeks and we have heard nothing from Ken. I've even called and left messages with no return calls. Seemed extremely professional but I would not recommend due to his.unprofessionalism by not doing what he said he would do. A man's word is his bond!

Todd, you are absolutely right. I was not able to do what I said I would do, due to employee issues and illness. However my lack of communication with you explaining that your bid would be late is not an acceptable way to conduct business and it is something that I will be correcting in the future. Your call on Thursday was not returned because I was out in the field and did not get the message and then Friday I had a funeral to attend and again, was not in the office. Both of those things do not excuse my failure to contact you and let you know that your bid would be late. I can only tell you that I am sorry and that I will be striving to do a better job in the future. Our customers deserve better. I do wish you all the best with your project.

Sincerely
Ken Eden

Eden did our trim and finish work in our new home in Fayetteville. Specifically, Steven was the lead carpenter. His work was exceptional and his problem solving skills top notch. I highly recommend this operation for any needed skilled finish work and you should ask for Steven - he is highly skilled, cares about doing it right the first time and always the first one on the job site.
