Immediately came out and took care of a skunk at my home! Polite and exceptional customer service. Got the job done great!

Justin and his team did an extraordinary job of securing mesh around our solar panels to keep squirrels from nesting under the panels. It was well over 100°, but they meticulously checked, repaired, and firmly secured the mesh (& removed debris) without harming the solar panels. What a pleasant experience to work with trustworthy, conscientious techs who are so knowledgeable! Thank you guys!

Came and removed a skunk that was accidentally caught in a live trap. Responded quickly and took care things right away.

Had a bat that had taken up residence in one of my back porch can lights during the day to digest food and sleep. They came out, looked everything over and gave me a game plan. Very knowledgable, prompt and friendly. Would definitely recommend !

We had a bat fly in our house last night. We called Critter Control. They had someone out in an hour. Very pleasant and took great care of the little bat. I definitely would recommend Critter Control.

I’ll start by saying this is the only pest control service in the area that promptly got back with me and got me scheduled in the same day. I’m very appreciative of that. Unfortunately, our fireplace set up was not ideal for the equipment they brought. The camera was much too large to even attempt to go through the small fireplace areas to search for a dead mouse carcass. The technician was very kind but after giving me an eta of 15 minutes out, sat in the vehicle for 35 minutes after arrival without communicating the delay. For people stuck inside a home smelling horribly of dead animal smell, this definitely made me feel low on the priority list. They were transparent on the price of the visit beforehand and were kind enough to offer $20 off their rate. Overall, if you are not confident in the location of the pest or are dealing with a similar or perhaps complicated area (the fireplace,) I would not recommend this service based on my experience. My husband and I were later able to purchase a small “snaking” camera that fit through the slits and check ourselves before disassembling any brick work whether or not the carcass was visible.
