I will absolutely be back! They had a wide variety of anything you could need , with competitive prices to any large corporation. They were so kind and helpful and I am so happy I found them :,) shop local and shop small. It’s absolutely worth it :-)

Bought a portable, they said it had a year warranty on it. It lasted 2 months and then they made up ridiculous excuses why the warranty wouldn't cover it and it cost $1200 to repair a 2 month old 3k portable. This company use to be great and ive dealt with them for 20 years but I guess they sold it to some guy named george and he seems like a lying used car salesman. Wish I could rate it lower than 1 star.

This is coming from an individual that owes the company over $1000. The equipment was damaged due to operator incompetence. Instead of bringing it to us to look at immediately they continue using it and attempted to repair themselves. I can only assume they did not bring it in due to still owing $1200 on the equipment and $400 worth of carpet cleaning supplies and equipment rental. Today he showed up threatening my employees and calling them a__holes. Unlike some business owners I called him on his threats which he promptly pulled his phone out to record. Then takes to the internet to tell one side of his sad "I have been wrong story". Avoid doing business with Celestial Carpet cleaners or expect issues with them. I have been conducting business for over year and have extended credit to many customers with outstanding results. I will not let one rotten apple ruin what has been a success for my other paying customers
