There are no words to describe how satisfied I am with the work done by Pruden after our entire house flooded due to a defective Washer. Pruden was extremely responsive and professional, did an outstanding job and observed the highest ethical standards. Water leaks and damage can be upsetting, but Pruden Restoration stepped in quickly, explained my options, and set to work. Everything is dry and the restoration of my rooms will be finished soon. Couldn’t be happier, they have my recommendation, and thanks to everyone who stepped up and made it look easy.

After experiencing water damage from the refrigerator ice maker water line we contacted Pruden Restoration LLC. Their representative, Jeremy Head, promptly responded to address the problem of wet carpet, etc. He explained clearly the work involved to mitigate the problems. Everything required to get the kitchen/living room ready for repairs was completed within a few days. This company is excellent at what they do. Thank you!

Friendly crew who handles everything with care. There has been special care for one who has gone through this trauma. The equipment is noisy I must admit. Jeremy explains everything in detail and encourages any questions one may have. If ever I needed this type of service I would use this service again.

They arrived swiftly, worked diligently, and charged fairly. Unlike previous experiences I've had with S*&ve-Pro these guys did not try to milk the job for more time and more money. I appreciate their fair practices and will always call them first.
