Just used Cavanaugh HVAC Mark is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained how things work and his process also had pictures. Mark was right on time and very reasonably priced was very satisfied with the work and also took time to explain everything. Will definitely use again and recommend calling him first for your work. You can’t go wrong with him. Thank you again Mark for everything!!!

Cavanaught HVAC was fantastic! My AC went out, and I texted them that morning. They responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the faulty capacitor right away. Mark Cavanaugh did an excellent job at diagnosing the problem with our HVAC system. He was able to get to us the next morning and fixed it for a very reasonable price. We have used Mark for 2 years for our regular maintenance and plan to continue to use his service. It’s very comforting to have someone that you can rely on.

Always super thorough and gives great information. We've had Cavanaugh HVAC do our Heater and AC Maintenance for the past two years and he has been awesome. Extra attention to detail and really takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions. Highly recommend.

Update: I hate writing this, but it needs to be done: about 6 days later, the same issue happened. No cooling air. I contacted Mark, he asked me for details. Then nothing, no response to my messages. I had to call Parker’s Heat and Air (neighbor referred them), and Travis found the real issue in about 2 minutes. Too complicated for me to write. Now, I’m paying for this repair and more refrigerant, plus the cost of the original “repair” from Mark. I really should’ve asked my neighbors for referrals first. Travis is a military veteran, so he has honor and gave me a senior discount. Need a HVAC repair??? Call Mark!! My HVAC stopped blowing cold air during one of the hottest weeks, even though I lived a bit farther than his usual area, Mark came out. He is so friendly and very knowledgeable. He explains everything he is doing. As a senior on a budget, this makes a huge difference. Wonderful person.

We were so blessed to find Mark Cavanaugh HVAC! (Why does A/C always break down on the weekend?) Mark was already booked solid on that Monday but got me on the schedule for Tuesday. He quickly identified the issue with the Smart thermostat (by Lennox) and ordered the part. Lennox took what it seemed like forever to get the part but as soon as it came in, he picked it up and installed, & tested it. Worked like a charm! Definitely will be recommending him to anyone. I love supporting small business and even though he works alone, he is great about returning texts within a reasonable time. Thanks again Mark!
