Our Samsung top loading washer needed to be serviced and the vendor that our warranty company flaked on us. Blue Star was the first company we called locally and Curtis knew exactly what the issue was when I described it over the phone. Curtis was able to come at his earliest availability. Thankfully, the issue was straightforward, but Curtis knows his stuff so I’m sure he can handle any type of issue. I highly recommend Curtis for any appliance repair needs.

the service was excellent

I reached out to him due to all the great reviews, called him and he had us setup an appointment but told me he couldn't order the parts needed and that I needed to order them myself and have them delivered to the house. I did, and when the appointment day came he was a no show and never reached out to cancel on me. I contacted him and he said we would reschedule for the following week, but never heard from him again, he ghosted. I was out the $250 I spent on parts and still had to hire someone else to finish the job. Definitely be cautious.

Blue Star was so professional and got back to me quickly. Dryer went out late one evening and he was here early the next morning and it was fixed. Very nice gentleman and we enjoyed visiting with each other. He even gave me pointers on how to make my dryer last longer! Thank you Blue Star. You are my go to fix it for washers and dryers from now on.

Curtis did a great job repairing my washing machine in the past. This time I asked if he could assemble a motorized desk for sitting or standing, which he did and he even customized a piece to mount a pullout keyboard tray. Excellent work.
