We had Bentonville Concrete come out to inspect and advise on our stalled patio project, and they were incredible from start to finish. They took the time to explain what to expect and answered all our questions clearly and professionally. Their crew removed the old concrete and poured new concrete with careful attention to detail - from rebar reinforcement and control joints to proper slope and underground gutter drains. They kept a clean workspace, protecting the house, windows, and existing concrete throughout the process. The finished product is beautiful and seamless - the stamped design, border, and color are crisp and cohesive. They even painted our older concrete to match and handled thoughtful finishing touches like repainting the beam caps and installing sod. Bentonville Concrete exceeded every expectation, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. It’s worth every bit to have a project completed with such care and quality!

We moved to the area this summer and the driveway to our home had an existing defect—the concrete was cracked (all concrete cracks) but it was poured in such a way that every time it rained, we had a 2” deep pool of water extending across three lanes of our driveway and across the front sidewalk. I looked at several options and contractors; some wanted to use mud or foam to raise the depression (wouldn’t have worked because it was poured that way), one wanted to cut a 30’ French drain and route a drain line through to the back of the back yard—would repair but not fix the problem. Bentonville Concrete offered the solution. Brooks patiently answered all my questions over the course of several months, took multiple laser level measurements, and assured me the work would fully eliminate the issue. He and his crew finished the job in 2 days (faster than originally estimated); from old concrete removal, to site prep, installation of rebar (not installed originally), pour, finish and site cleanup to include power washing and sod replacement, Brooks (and his father, Brooks) exceeded my expectations. Brooks and his team were honest, personable and treated our property with respect. I give Bentonville Concrete my highest endorsement; we couldn’t be more pleased. There are many concrete companies in NWA, some are cheaper, some have fancier websites, but none have people like Brooks and his crew—and they make all the difference. 5 stars is not enough; they truly did a fantastic job!

Such an incredible experience with Bentonville Concrete. The team was quick and efficient and communicative. The stamped and stained concrete patio that was created in my backyard space was top notch. The backyard was a big mess beforehand, and they created a design, and it was better than I ever could have imagined.

We asked Brooks and his company to do a large patio for us after our deck was destroyed by the storm in May. He started work in July. The concrete was poured and stamped perfectly but it went downhill from there. They came to acid wash the patio and left before we knew it. The color was supposed to be sandstone color but what we got was bright orange. When I called Brooks he said he’d be out the next day. He said he didn’t know what happened but he would contact his supplier and get back to me. When he did, he told me they couldn’t use acid wash again so we would have to use epoxy, which was a lie. I called other concrete companies and was told they did it all the time. They went ahead and did the epoxy and it looks awful. It was not what we wanted at all. We just wanted the acid wash in the color we had selected. I contacted Brooks again and he said they would fix it. I kept texting and calling to see when they would be back to get the project completed. This is October and project has gone on way too long. He kept saying he’d get with the guys and get it scheduled. It never happened. I called him on Friday and he called back to say he wasn’t going to fix it. He totally changed his mind on everything. He started yelling at me over the phone that he was done and I asked him to please stop yelling and when he wouldn’t I just hung up. Then I received a text from him saying that if that’s what we thought was right that he’d fix it. I was driving out of town and couldn’t text him back until I stopped. When I did, the text was gone. Then he texted saying he was going to send me a bill for putting the epoxy on. He also said that he had called my insurance agent and they told him how much we received for that project. That was none of his business. I am contemplating going to court over this mess. I just hope nobody else has these issues. Brooks is great and friendly at first but his true colors come out in the end.

Brooks of Bentonville Concrete is exceptional and a true professional. He took on many hats for our Cabinets To Go project. Communication is superb, honest, and fair with pricing. His honesty is a true value in the construction business. We will absolutely both recommend him to others as well as hire him again for any future projects. Thank you Brooks as I told you many times throughout construction 🚧 we need a clone of you for all our projects across the U.S.

They were on top of the project. It was not the cheapest but they knocked out over 80 or 90 plus yards of driveway and it looks good at this point. The neighbors were all impressed with how well they joined the concrete to the main road. Straight and even, no lips or bumps.
