Four stars is an awesome rating, not a criticism. John and crew showed up exactly when they said they would, handled the issue faster than I thought they could, and left the place cleaner than they found it. Communication was above average throughout the process. These guys are on my contact list now, and will be the first folks I call the next time I need something done.

John and his team were great to work with! They were timely, organized, respectful, and did great work! It’s not often that a contractor gives you a week by week schedule and actually honors it. I highly recommend!

Bella Vista Contractors did an outstanding job designing and building our new deck. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Their design ideas were creative and perfectly suited to our space, and the craftsmanship was excellent. They arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless when the job was complete. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work delivered. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Bella Vista Contractors to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and great service.

John was really good to work with. Always kept us well informed of what was going on. The total cost of the project was well within reason of the original estimate. All of the subs were also great to work with. Overall we are very pleased with the sunroof. Would highly recommend Bella Vista Contractors.

John and his crew were great! They repaired my deck, and it looks fantastic. He gave a starting date and an end date and hit both. How awesome is that? The crew were very professional and cleaned up any trash and debris each day. When each step was completed, I was also informed on what would be happening the next day. Great jobs guys!

We recently had two baths remodeled and interior paint throughout the house. This was our second remodel job with John, the kitchen was first, and as impressed as we were the first job we were equally impressed this time. He lays everything out in a precise manner before work begins and everything went like clockwork. The workers were true craftsmen, always on time, polite, and cleaned up each day before leaving. The entire project went with as little disruption as possible and the end result was even better than I could have imagined. If you want a remodel done right, John and his crew are the best!
