Anna Gretzmiier, doesn't understand that businesses have employees. It's not strange for companies to partner up. There was no miss leading when you called you spoke with myself and the repairman. I'm not sure if you had a problem with our outer appearance and that is your problem. but for you to say BEWARE is a uncalled for statement. You called us we worked with your schedule we drove out of our way for you because that's what time frame you needed we came to your house,took a look a your broken appliance,I even cleaned from behind your appliance, found what was needed to do your repair left and called you back within 20 minutes and had found the parts you needed you had decided with it being so old you didn't want to do the repair that we could understand we then tried to call and refund your parts deposit and you wouldn't take our call you instead put this nasty reviews on us that we didn't deserve. It's very sad that you have so little nice things to say about the people and places you go. The proof is in your reviews, I hope and pray that someone and or something makes you feel happiness 😊

BE AWARE. Someone else now receives calls and text from this number and is pretending to be Babb Appliance. I used Nathan several months ago and saved the number, I called and asked him to come out to take a look at our stove and someone else showed up. I thought maybe it was an employee but then at the end they gave me a completely different business card and charged me double what Nathan had for a diagnosis in the past. The whole thing felt shifty and fraudulent.

I had two stoves, a TV, and a microwave all installed by these guys and I couldn’t be happier.

They were great! Prompt and friendly Had a part that was on backorder, they kept me updated the whole time and were at my house the same day the part arrived. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again!

Red and his wife came out and installed a new microwave. Very professional job. Very courteous did a super job. Highly recommend them
