I contacted Allied to fix my water heater. The incorrectly diagnosed the problem as the pilot light simply being out and told me there was nothing wrong with the my water heater. They then tried to get me to bought a new water heater after telling me there was nothing wrong with my water heater and continued to send me quotes even after I told them I wasn't interested. When I informed them the water heater was intact broken and I had discovered this less than 24 hours after they sent a tech out they declined to repair it, try to diagnosis it again, or Offer a refund. Stay away from this scummy company use someone reputable.

We also did not charge you for the initial repair, only the standard service fee, which covers the cost of sending a licensed plumber to your home. We hope you're able to get this resolved with another company and wish you the best.
