Adam is AMAZING!!!! I called 8 or 9 other companies needing emergency help for a problem I tried to fix but made WAY worse. He was the only one to answer as a REAL person. Everyone else had a weird AI person answering the calls and I had to request to talk to a real person. He was able to take me as an after hours call. He helped understand the problem, taught me why the fix was the fix, educated me on my home by showing me where the water shut off and even had me help him with the fix by asking me to turn the water off myself. Once the emergency part was over, he came back the next day with the part and repaired my shower faucet. The next day, I told him the shower wasn’t getting hot after the fix. He knew exactly what was wrong and came the same morning to fix it. I am so grateful for him. And he gave me a GREAT recommendation for a restoration company (remember I said I made the problem WAY worse). The restoration company gave me an AMAZING rate. Hopefully I won’t have any more issues, but if I do, I’ll call him again!

We needed a sewer scope performed and they quoted an estimate of $250-$350 which was fine. Instead the final bill was $657. They had to remove the toilet to insert the scope and so that was an additional $250! It would have been nice to be informed that it would cost that beforehand and we wouldn’t have had the sewer scope performed in the first place. The plumber was nice and did a fine job but I don’t appreciate not being warned about the extra $250. He said he’d have to remove the toilet but failed to mention the cost of having to do so.

The plumber is aware of the review and has made it aware that your husband, Evan, knew and agreed on the price prior to service. The plumber explained that there was no outside clean out to perform the sewer scope. That is the reason why he had to pull the toilet. While performing the sewer scope, the plumber explained that there was belly in the sewer line. If you look on your invoice, you will see that it was not an additional $350 but $250. We apologize for anything not communicated, but you are always welcome to ask any questions prior to payment or agreement. <br><br>We performed and completed the service requested and we made documentation that the clients were pleased with the service upon leaving. I would hope that after this response, we can come to an agreement that wouldn't warrant a one-star review for good work. As always, call us for anything you'd like to discuss.

Adam was very professional and courteous. He is a very nice young man. He arrived on time and worked extremely hard repairing a leak on our in-ground pool. He had to cut a hole in our concrete deck, dig down, find and repair the leak. He did an outstanding job. I was very happy with his plumbing repair. His precise and clean cuts in our concrete deck will assist in repouring the concrete on our pool deck. Adam filled the dirt back in after the repair and cleaned the area. I would recommend him to anyone needing a leak repaired on an in-ground pool.
