Al is a five star in every way! From our first phone conversation to the final repair, Al was friendly, honest, professional, efficient, and was very reasonable cost wise, charging much less than I had expected. If you're looking for an appliance repairmen, look no further. He will definitely be my go-to man in the future for any appliance repairs!

I'll start with the pros - He came out within 24 hours to fix my washer, seemed knowledgeable, and was able to fix my washing machine which I'm grateful for so I would like to give him credit for that. However I couldn't give 5 stars due to a couple of things, and if I had appliance needs in the future I'd likely call someone else. He was not upfront about his pricing, and I found him to be quite expensive so had he been transparent about that I would have likely gone with someone else. He was also not upfront about his only method of payment being physical cash only, and did not inform me of that until he arrived at the appointment. Like most people I did not have hundreds in cash on hand without prior notice, and he refused to take any other form of payment. He told me he was going to take me to an ATM and have me pull out cash for him right then and there and I felt very uncomfortable with the whole thing as a woman home alone and for that circumstance I'd likely go with someone else in the future.

Al is my new favorite dryer repairman! He was quick to respond and got my dryer repaired in no time! His price was reasonable and he is a delightful gentleman to boot! I would recommend Al to all my friends.

Been using Al's Appliance Repair for years. In the past 7 years have had a refrigerator leak and issue, a washing machine sensor failure and then today a dryer failing to turn on. Al was quick to respond and goes above and beyond in making sure things are done right! Impressed with his ethics and ability to get the job done right at very fair and affordable prices!

What a great experience. It only took him about 30 minutes to repair and check my dryer. Al is the person you want to use for all of your appliance repairs!

First contacted Al a few months ago and he helped me fix a problem over the phone. No charge! He seemed knowledgeable and willing to help so I saved his number in case I needed appliance repairs in the future. My washer stopped working last night. Contacted Al this morning, sent him a picture of the model number and the error code. He said he knew the most likely culprit and would get back to me with an ETA as he was in the middle of a job when I called. Sure enough he texted back an hour or so later that he had the part and was on his way. I didn't expect such fast service, but he arrived when he said, fixed my washer and had it back running quickly. He charged me a very fair price and offered a couple of tips about my dryer. Also friendly. Service and expertise like this is rare. I'll be calling Al again if I have any other appliance issues. Thanks, Al!
