I give you a five star rating because of the employees that performed the service today. They did a great job, had great attitudes and worked with me on some concerns, suggestions and troubled areas that I had. There was one unfortunate situation where they were adding foam below some steps and the steps busted out causing a lot of damage to one row of the steps. My final opinion Will determine how your company addresses this situation. I look forward to working with the staff to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Have used Vesta on a previous project and continue to find them to be a professional and courteous organization. Their communication was great, kept us up to date on the start date and arrival times throughout the project. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Elijah and his co worker for very friendly and professional. But, a couple of negatives, the representative that called me a week or so ahead said they would arrive at my house between 8 to 9am. They didn’t arrive until 10am but that morning but they did call me to let me know and i appreciated that. Also when they arrived they realized they did not have a correct size braces. A mix up somehow. So they had to drive all the way back over to Springdale get the brackets and then come all the way back to install. I appreciated them not rescheduling as I had taken the day off from work to be there. Once they did get started they completed the work in a timely manner.
