Velasquez and Son Construction

Super disappointing. Really was looking forward to working with this veteran owned company. They met with me initially, and talked through plans and ideas for a small home build. They said they would be getting in touch, and after about a month they stated they had emailed me the home quote. I don’t think they were being honest about that.. I emailed them and called them with no response. I never received ANY email from them (checked junk folder too), and afterwards every time I called it got forwarded to voicemail with no return call.

They came to do an estimate but never got back with us. I feel like they pick the easiest jobs and anything even slightly work intensive they pass on. Skip this business.

I contacted them multiple times. Each time they promised to call back but didn't call. Finally I made an appointment with them to come to see the project. I made the effort to travel back from afar to meet them. They didn't show up at all and no response afterwards.

Excellent work, honest and hardworking people. Good price.

I had my bathroom totally remodeled by Velasquez and Son. They are very honest and friendly. Their work is very professional and they keep you informed of their progress throughout the job. I highly recommend them if you are looking for high quality work at a very good cost!

Guillermo and Erik are a great team! They replaced my roof after lots of wind damage this spring. I love the fact that they are keeping it in the family!! We are definitely looking forward to the next project we can work on with @Velasquezandson

Loved working with Erik and Guillermo! We wanted to open up our family room which required removing a load bearing wall! They removed the wall, added a header and left that part of the house in better shape than before. They also removed flooring, painted, installed baseboards and trim, and much more. They are very professional and offer very competitive pricing. I highly recommend them!

Honestly the best contractors in town. No one can surpass their attention to detail, precision, and efficiency! Super diligent workers with high quality results!

So professional and easy to work with. Velasquez and Son built our stairs just how we wanted them. My husband and I are gutting and remodeling our home that was built in 1920, so we appreciated Erik and Guillermo patiently brainstorming about the best way to tackle this project (with all its space restrictions and quirks!). We are very happy with the end result. If you hire them, you know you are hiring people who sincerely care about providing safety, quality, and honesty.
