Juan, the main dispatcher is always very communicative and gets me exactly what I need every time. The girls in the office are all very nice. Great company.

Cheryl is not a nice person. She talks “Ugly” about paying customers when they leave. Not to mention when there’s a long beautiful paved driveway on a million dollar property the concrete truck will still turn around and get stuck in the yard! I don’t recommend this company. We canceled and will even go pay more elsewhere for professional service. The workers need more training on customer service. There was no need for a pump truck at all whatsoever completely flat nice Beautiful property. The driver was lazy and did not want to wait on the other truck to leave so went around him into the yard when he could’ve backed down the driveway on the concrete. Again, highly unprofessional, especially to make an excuse for the driver stupidity

We are sorry you had a bad experience. Our trucks are extremely heavy and they can get stuck on jobsites where there is not a solid base. When this is the case, we highly recommend using concrete pumps for safety and to help limit the customer's property damage. Also, our trucks can ONLY park on public roads if proper flaggers are provided by the contractors to help direct traffic.

Mike the dispatcher is one down to earth guy, made sure I got taken care of that same day, the sweet lady in the office made things easy on the paperwork, both folks deserve a fist bump I wouldn’t hesitate again to do business with!

I called and ordered concrete 2 weeks in advance and was told the price was 110.00 Per yard. THEN, one day before my pour they called and said it is now 150 per yard. Obvious price gouging. They even tried to tell me all the other concrete companies had same price. THEY DO NOT! I have 3 other accounts at nearby companies and all are normal pricing. 107-115 average for 3,500 psi. And they NEVER change the pricing after an order has been put in. Will NOT use this company again. I am only stating facts.

My husband and I work for a local builder, and have tried several companies in this area, but we were pleasantly surprised to get all 3 trucks that we ordered so quickly on a Friday, especially as we were pouring in Rogers, and they were coming from Fayetteville. The drivers are professional and friendly, and we look forward to using Tune again!

At Tune Concrete we always strive to provide our customers with the best service and quality possible. And to help ensure our quality of service, we encourage our customers to provide us with the most accurate measurement of the formed area so that we may schedule the number of trucks required to deliver the concrete. When additional trucks are required for a particular job above and beyond the original order, not only does this hinder our quality of service on that particular job but it can also disrupts our schedule for the remaining jobs for that particular day. At Tune Concrete we consider ourselves a small family owned business operating in Arkansas/Oklahoma for over 50 years and always look forward to doing business with other small and large businesses in the area. I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH TUNE CONCRETE FOR MANY MANY YEARS AND OUR FAMILY GOES BACK TO THE TIMES TUNE CONCRETE COMPLETE OPERATIONS WERE LOCATED ON NORTH STREET IN FAYETTEVILLE ARKANSAS. THE COMPANY AND ALL ITS PEOPLE ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST AND ARE ABOVE ALL HONEST AND DO WHAT THEY SAY....!!!!
