Trade Pro Roofing

Chris at Trade Pro Roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof on my preschool after we had hail damage. He came and did and inspection, covered where the shingles came off. He then gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He dealt with the insurance from start to finish which saved me time and grief. The job was completed over the weekend so that my business was not disrupted. The only way I knew his crew had been there was my brand new roof and gutters. They left everything spotless.

Jacob Mason and his crew were great to work with. They got the job done in one day cleaned up up everything nails and al. I highly recommend Trade Pro.

Unfortunately I was one of many families in Tontitown hit by the hail storm back in May of 2025. Three cars and a house took major damage. Decided to go with Trade Pro Roofing because of a positive review from a HOA member in the neighborhood....was that a mistake. Not only were we constantly hounded for money by the contractor but was never given any kind of status on roof/house repair. Outside contractors would randomly show up without any notice being an inconvenience when you have a guard dog in the back yard of your house. I gave them half the money up front to buy materials which is fine but when asked to get the rest of the money when they had no idea the work on the house wasn't completed left a bad taste in my mouth. I have family in the same area that went with a company that did their repairs for the same cost but their house is three times the size of ours and same amount of damage????? With all this said, go with another roofing company...there are dozens in NWA.

Mark was fantastic to work with! He went everything line by line so I could understand! The guys that did my roof, gutters and painted my posts did a great job. The posts look better now than they did when I bought my house and the house was brand new! Thank you Mark!

Mark was awesome from start to finish. He make sure I understood everything and answered my billions of questions.

Mark Manson was extremely helpful in helping me file my insurance claim. He walked me through the whole process as a first time home owner filing with insurance for a new roof.

We give Trade Pro 5 stars!! Mark went above and beyond to help us with a storm damaged roof. He made the process so easy, and we highly recommend Trade Pro Roofing.

Mark is so very reliable, excellent service! Couldn’t have gotten through this without them! He is always there immediately when I call. Awesome work!

I have turned to Mark for advice about construction on several occasions and he has always been ready and able to help me and my clients.

Great to work with Chris and he had everything ready when the adjuster showed up. We had one roof get fixed and the other was not that badly damaged.
