Professional, knowledgeable, considerate, responsible….those are the adjectives I’d use to describe Jay. He is worth every penny he charges. If it’s broke he’ll fix it. Super friendly. I highly recommend Tier One Pool Service!

Jay has done an excellent job for the last three seasons of care for our pool. He has always been prompt in addressing problems with water chemistry and equipment issues. He has been right on schedule with opening and closing dates. His rates are reasonable. Above all, Jay is an honest, conscientious, reliable expert. I highly recommend Tier One Pool Service.

Our pool looks amazing!!! The color really pops! Jay at Tier One did a fantastic job! His quality of work is 2nd to none. He went above and beyond replacing our custom liner. He drained to measure as we didn't have the specs and he worked directly with manufacturer. Despite weather challenges, he expedited our install just in time for the season. Much better value than the bigger local companies. I highly recommend!

Jay is great to work with, and always goes above and beyond for his customers. He has diagnosed several issues with my pool and fixed them in a timely manner. He is very reliable, and you can always count on him to show up when he says he will and leave the pool looking great. 10/10 service

Our winter pool has never looked this good, at this point, you could open the pool and not have to wake it up and wait three or four days before using it. We’re very pleased.

Prompt and professional. We had the sand replaced and the pump working in a couple of hours. I am extremely happy with the service and will add him to my contacts in case we have another issue in the future.
