That 1 Painter Northwest Arkansas

Jennifer’s crew with That One Painter Northwest Arkansas gave Southwest Pet Hospital a long-overdue repaint as part of our rebranding and a significant change in our appearance. I’m very pleased with the finished result—it has given our hospital a fresh, updated look! The preparation was thorough, the workmanship was high quality, and the paint appears to be excellent quality as well. Jose, our painter, was extremely nice and professional, and I especially appreciated working with him. There were some communication challenges along the way, and portions of the work needed to be redone, so the project took considerably longer than I expected. Clearer communication and a more predictable timeline would have improved the experience. Ultimately, I really like the finished product and appreciate the work Jennifer, Jose, and the crew put into transforming our hospital. Michelle Wendell, DVM

Jennifer and her crews are outstanding! Highly recommend.

Hard working and very detail orented people. My house looks great!

We needed to paint or stain our front and back door, and from the initial quote we knew we were working with experts who cared to wow us. On their first visit they recommended we paint vs stain our front door and recommended a color we would have never considered. They were spot on. Throughout the process they went above and beyond to be exceptional, I their recommendations, and in the materials they used, including paints and all new weather stripping. We know they spent extra time on the job between applications due weather issues. We immediately trusted them to work in our home when we weren’t there. More than anything we knew they cared to delight us, they took pride in their work and were excited to see our excitement. We will use That 1 Painter for all future work and recommend them to friends.

We had our home outside painted by them and they did a fantastic job. We are thoroughly pleased and impressed by their dedication and devotion to us. They are like home folks. We have been told by several people how beautiful our home is now. We fully recommend them to anyone who needs a paint job.

I needed 3 exterior doors painted quickly before a party, and That 1 Painter of NWA delivered. The front door was from 1986 with an inset etched window, raised decorative trim on both sides, and a matching sidelight panel. Once our painter got into it, he found 3 different layers of old paint. He kept me informed the whole time and explained what he was doing, then took the extra care to sand and prep everything the right way so the new color would go on smoothly. All 3 doors looked brand new when he finished. Fast, careful, quality work.

Perfect attention to detail and awesome communication! Thank you. We love it !

This company is very professional from the estimate to all paint projects. Pablo did a fabulous job on the fence, patio furniture, window caulking, and the garage door lintel. If I need more painting done, I won't hesitate to have them back.
