RESPOSE: This was several years ago. A question about Stabel came up on Facebook and I realized I never left a review about my experience. Look up 921 Lewis Circle. Your guy removed my garage door, measured for the new one, and then I never heard from you. Yes, I usually give low reviews because poor experiences is what usually inspires me to take the time. But, as anyone can see, I give 5 stars when I've had great experiences. Trying to discredit my one-star review for my experience with Stabel isn't a good look for you. A to Z and Stabel got into a little bidding war. Stabel won. They sent out a guy to remove the old garage door and measure for a new one. After that, I never heard from them. I believe they bid too low and didn't want to honor the bid. But I'll never know. Nor do I care. I got better results from Overhead Doors.

Don't you hate when something you paid a premium price for keeps having issues because of the installation but you are told that it is out of the warranty. I ended up fixing it myself buying a new safety sensor. Stabel door was not interested in making it right. Their installer had shot a staple into the wires and it was shorting out the sensor.

They were very kind, they replaced the motors and springs for me and I bought the additional remotes.

We had an incident with our garage door and needed it looked at the same day due to storms in the area. One company came out and told us in was unrepairable and needed replaced but got it on thr rails and down but not functional. Stabel came by 30 minutes later and had it functioning and working smoother than it was within 20 minutes. No new door needed as the door had no damage other than a small dent at bottom of the bottom panel. Suggested we get a new rubber seal on the bottom which we did.

they will not stand behind their work. just want money. buyer beware............

The only way the service could be any worse is if they just took my money and never brought any doors. They were nearly impossible to get ahold of, could never provide a timeline and when the installer finally came out the set up wasn't even what I asked for. I'm going to have to do more work on my building frame to even make the doors work which would have been good to know but of course they never came out and saw the building before selling me $10,000 worth of doors. I can't tell if all these issues were caused by malice or incompetence but I know for a fact I will never use or recommend this company again.
