I’m new to the whole pool/spa ownership game, and these guys and girls are awesome! Quick to respond to questions and concerns, and very helpful.

I have been with S & G Pools since I moved to Farmington and have been extremely impressed. They have always answered all my questions and have been quick to help with any issues. This is my first time owning a pool and they have made the experience enjoyable. I will continue to use them for all my pool needs and recommend them to anyone with a pool.

S&G Pools keeps our pool looking crystal clear and they provide treatment year around so opening for the swimming season is a breeze. I was so nervous about having a pool for the first time in my life! They set my mind at ease and helped us convert to a salt water system... and have fixed any equipment issues we have encountered. They are super responsive and always a pleasure to work with. This family business cares about their customers and strives to always provide the best service.

Historically, this company has been solid to work with through our home warranty needs. I had really appreciated the woman who answers the phone and the husband‘s Input when he responded to a home warranty request. That’s why I booked them for a non-warranty item: our pool closing this year -instead of our usual go-to company. Unfortunately, they missed the initially agreed upon date by about two weeks. We’ve had a lot of rain, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured they just forgot to tell us. I called to remind them, and they came out the next day. When they came out today to close the pool, they left the lid off our cleaner equipment and left the lid in the yard, and the screws that go into our equipment were left in the grass and surrounding rocks. I called asking about the hardware in the yard; they sent someone back out who put the lid back on the equipment, but when I got back from work, they had neglected to gather all the screws that were left around. When I called again to tell them I found another screw in the rocks, and ask what to do with it, they didn’t have an answer. No apologies or professional response that I might expect from someone I was about to give hundreds of dollars to. I was confused with this dismissive response, and said, “Guys, this is the first time I’ve booked you for a pool closing. How do we think this is going?” And the business owner said, “Sounds like you can find somebody else next year.” “Got it,” I said. And all I can think is, what a luxury that must be to be so secure with your current income that you can be unapologetic in the face of failure; that you can simply dismiss new paying customers without a second thought. I don’t know if I’ll ever reach that level of no-regrets success. Sign of the times, I guess.

S and G is a great full service Family owned pool company. I have used several others in the past, but Mike, Johnna and their crew are now my go to!
