We have used this service several times and they keeping getting more expensive each time. There is a leak next to the skimmer that they did not fix. Cody told Steve how to fix a light and just stood there and watched him struggle with it and did not help. Cody got mad and said he would not do any more work with us because of what Steve said. Whatever!

We want to address this clearly and respectfully. Cody was spoken to using inappropriate and profane language by Steve. We have a zero-tolerance policy for verbal abuse toward our team. The decision to discontinue work was based on that behavior — not simply because of a disagreement.<br><br>Regarding pricing, Your own cleanout rates have increased once since 2021 — a $50 adjustment in 2023 — to account for rising costs in fuel, materials, insurance, and labor. Our BioFalls and skimmer replacement pricing is standardized and based on our hourly labor rates for each service, and those rates are applied consistently to every client.<br><br>We never pressure anyone to use our services. Our pricing is clearly communicated, and clients are always free to choose the contractor that best fits their needs and budget. What we cannot accept, however, is being spoken to with vulgarity when there is a difference of opinion.<br><br>We also want to clarify that you chose to hire us for additional services on two occasions after the lighting visit. If there had been concerns about how that service was handled, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them at that time.<br><br>We value the many customers who have trusted us over the years and stand behind the integrity of our work and our team. We wish you the best moving forward.
