Apparently I am just one of the many with an absolutely terrible customer service experience with Ridout. Trust me, you're better off using ANYONE else even if Ridout comes in with a lower price. From overpromising and under-delivering about timelines of call backs and material delivery, to setting glass on the ground outside our home, to fighting with dispatch and delivery guys to have them correct mistakes, to disrespectful conversations and constant miscommunication with our salesman not only with telling us a 5% discount would be added in on the back-end, but also misquoting our custom door and then trying to overcharge us for it after we chose a more inexpensive wood design to decrease the price, etc. We have been dealing with multiple suppliers throughout our build, and this has by far been the worst customer service we have received.

It is nice to deal with professionals who know the business. I got the help I needed to load my lumber at a competitive price.

Dry van please don’t came her Because I’m there like 10 hours They said we don’t have enough person to unload I’m the first but they pass all flat beds truck I don’t how long I will wait I canceled next load
