Building my Barndamenium. So far it’s been a very positive experience!

4/1/2024...My concrete/remodel job started in August 2023. Last sighting of anyone was on December 26, 2023. This is just a glimpse of what I have been left with. Overran concrete, pulled wires with no lights installed and only 4 of the steps being glazed. I've tried calling and texting to no avail. I will keep posting with updates and other uncompleted projects until the job I paid for is complete... 4/11/2024...If you are able, the picture of garage door is splattered with concrete (so was the siding beside garage door and drooled along driveway). The welding on railing was left very rough and no cap offs leaving jagged edges. Also pictured is their dump site that sits perched in my front yard. The rest are pictures of their craftsmanship. Still waiting.... 4/17/2024...Included are 3 pictures are of the outlet that was tossed under the deck with no casing which caused water to get into box and blow out the box and wiring. As a result, this caused all my garage, main and master bath outlets to malfunction. Total additional cost: $663.00 for repair. 4/19/2024...Beware of some of these hidden fees: Favors: $500 + Mistakes: $600 + and/or retribution. 4/30/24...Added a picture of the door that was "installed" last November. Steven has notified me that he will be over to complete work on either 5/2 or 5/3/24. Over the course of the last several months I had been promised this, which have resulted in a no show, so this remains to be seen. 5/6/24...No call, no show for 5/2 or 5/3/24. 5/16/24...Filed complaint with Attorney General. 5/14/25...Still no resolution. Steve still does not claim responsibility for his poor craftsmanship.

GREAT WORK!!!! The owner is Steve is very professional.

A very friendly, fairly priced, and time-efficient, handyman who responded quickly and stayed in contact until the job was completed. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be calling upon him again when any need arises.
