Did good work and in a good time frame

Contractor did minimal and substandard work. Basement continued to leak. Countless requests to contractor to complete the job went unanswered and he eventually completely abandoned the job. After a horrible basement flood another, more reputable company was called and came out, ripped out all the substandard work and fixed things correctly. A bad review for this contractor will be met with threatening “legal” letters. (He writes these himself and they’re riddled with typos and grammatical errors) This contractor has several complaints, including with the BBB and the Arkansas Attorney General. Do your research before hiring this company!!

Matt did a great job with repairing some foundational issues at my house. He was quick to respond and thorough in both his work and explanations. Highly recommend!

David and his crew were great to work with and really helped us with a basement issue. The repair worked really well in a house around 100 years old.

By far the best experience I have ever had. David was very helpful in deciding which products would best suit my needs stayed in contact with me. I can not say enough good about the quality of work they do and the quality of materials they use. I had gotten quotes from other companies that were the same price that used a lot cheaper quality material. My house looks better having used David and I will only use him for any further work I need done. I would recommend him to anyone needing gutters done. It was a honor doing business with these guys.

From start to finish was a great experience the company was on time for the appointment and did a very thoral inspection of my foundation. Prices for the inspection was way below what other company charge. Would adives anyone needing inspection to hire this company.

Our pool deck sank which ripped the liner. It was a nightmare imagining we'd have to replace the deck so online research began. Slab-jacking led to Foam-injection and there were only two companies between Ft. Smith and Joplin that used foam. Both came out to quote and only one said they could repair the slab; the other stated it hadn't sunk (really?) and they couldn't repair the problem. We obviously went with the company that could repair the issue and when they drilled to measure the amount of foam needed, there was a MASSIVE void. The folks at Precision operate with integrity and ethics. If these things are important to you, get with them to solve your problem.
