Jef and the crew at Poolwerx have been amazing to work with. They did the initial pool start up on the pool that Dragonfly installed and kept them on for pool maintenance afterwards.

Our Experience with Poolwerx has been Over the top Phenomenal!! Not only is the service is great but they also keep you informed every step of the way sending pictures and updates the day of service consistently reinforcing the trust you are building with them. HIghly Recommend! 😎

I have used a number of different pool service groups over the years but the people who run and work at Poolwerx NWA are the best. They are extremely competent, timely, friendly, and best of all like what they do and take pride in doing a good. Greg Salamo

Jeff is great, but his people winterized my pool incorrectly and caused almost $4k in damages. Not cool.

Clint, I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience with me personally.<br>That said, I do want to respectfully clarify the situation. The components that failed were originally installed by the pool builder, and while there was a disagreement among multiple parties regarding the cause, we still stepped up and covered the labor associated with those repairs in good faith.We take our winterization process seriously and stand behind the care we provide. Jef and his team are fabulous! They’ve shown up when they’re scheduled, gone above and beyond helping to not only clean and maintain my pool, but have helped trouble shoot questions or issues with equipment or chemicals. First class guys!

Jef and Ben came out when they said they would and were able to open my pool. I had a couple of small issues from the winter and they were able to fix it and get my pool up and running in no time. Also showed and explained how the whole system works(first time pool owner here).

Jeff and his guys with Poolwerx NWA are very responsive and communicate very well. My hot tub issue was diagnosed quickly and they were friendly and easy to work with.
