Pinnacle Lawns, LLC

So for one the young lady didn't tell me any guidelines regarding when to mow or anything like that. I had to ask in person about my dogs safety "because he is all I have" Second treatment I was not home so apparently she thought she would leave one gate wide open and the other she manipulated in a way that I thought she may have broken the latch but no she pushed it and rearranged it so it wouldn't latch naturally If this was innocent I would have gotten a text something along the lines telling me she couldn't get the gate shut so be careful. Instead when I asked about leaving the gate open she offered an evasive apology of "sorry IF it was me" I decided to speak to the owner and what a piece of work. The level of insensitivity to victims of violent crime in their homes is utterly astonishing. I honestly hung up because I was about to cry. Im shocked and dont want to ever see any of the members of this company again. He was so overly protective of her I actually wonder what else is going on if he "knew her really well since high school."

Core Aeration Services yield amazing results! Thanks, Pinnacle, for your annual lawn aeration service. You've made all the difference with our high traffic lawn.

Pinnacle Lawns, LLC does an excellent job. Our lawn never looked better!

I contracted Pinnacle Lawns in an attempt to repair a clients turf and after almost two years of treatments, the lawn looked worse. The goal was to beat the Bermuda out of the fescue, which I understand is difficult, but they were very confident when selling me the service. Waste of time and money. Two stars because they did show up.

Pinnacle Lawns has been so great to work with over the last 5 years! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Got a free estimate and treatment my yard the same day. Havent even mowed yet. Way less weeds than last year. Easy to talk to and always get back to answer my questions.

Very professional and a great value!
