So grateful, they were able to come out and fix my garage door. I thought I would have to replace the whole thing but after sending a picture they informed me that it was the springs on the door. My garage was fixed within an hour! I would definitely recommend.

Exceed expectations. Called on a Monday morning and they had someone out to me that afternoon. The gentleman assessed the garage door opener and trouble shot it in various ways from changing the mother board to adjusting the chain tension and springs. Unfortunately my garage door opener of 25 years hit its limit. He got me a quote and a got the newest and greatest residential option available the next day. It was priced extremely competitively and handled on a timely manner. Highly recommend Springdale overhead door.

So pleased with their service. Office staff was helpful and the repairman did a great job and was very friendly. They replaced one unit and serviced the other door, and explained all the work they were doing and did all the work in one day. Very affordable.

We had what looked to be a catastrophic failure of our door. I called, and within 2 hours there was a technician on the way. He was super professional and got our door working in no time at all. I cannot thank Farron (probably misspelled, sorry) enough, and thanks to the woman who answered the call. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name. Will recommend Overhead Door Company 10 out of 10 times.
Response from the owner · 2025-10-16T21:31:20Z
Thanks so much, Bob! We’re thrilled Farron could get your door back in action quickly. We appreciate your recommendation and kind words!

Great customer service. Came out a few hours after we called them. Great prices. Trey was fast but efficient. Would recommend over and over again. I used Precision Door last time and was charged an arm and leg for a minor repair. Will only use Overhead Door for now on.
Response from the owner · 2025-10-16T21:31:20Z
Thank you so much, Nikki. We are so glad we could be of service and look forward to taking care of you through the years. Joanne Bunch
