Noah and Rick did a fantastic job on our floor using replacement flooring that matched our floor perfectly. No one has noticed where the floor was replaced.

NWA Family Tile installed tiles that I had independently purchased for our front porch. They were the only local contractors, of others contacted, that were competitive to the national average for tile installation; and beyond that, their installation also exceeded my expirations. In addition to the tile, I also required a re-slope of the concrete, via grinding, to allow proper drainage. Prior to accepting the job, they came on site and provided me with all the alternatives for a successful installation in the harsh environment of NWA. They then completed the work as agreed to, exceeding my expectations even with hiccups from having to order additional tiles. Rather than complain or try to request more compensation, they worked around the problem and completed the job in a very professional manner. I highly recommend NWA Family Tile to anyone planning large or small projects.
