My Guys' HVAC

An inline fitting cracked and I lost my AC. I called and Guy answered immediately. I told him my problem and he said he'd be here in 10 minutes - and he was!! He knew exactly how to solve the problem and did so quickly. He and his assistant were very polite and efficient. Best of all, his fee was actually reasonable! I couldn't believe it after being fleeced by other 'big-name' service companies in the past. To top it off, he freely gave me advice about another issue which will save me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend this company.

I’m not sure how this “Guy” has any good ratings. Hoping his quality of work is better than his customer service because, I cannot recommend this company based on my actual experience. I contacted them on Friday about servicing my mini split AC unit. I was told they wouldn’t be able to come out until Monday or Tuesday, which I completely understood. Today, I was informed they could come out sometime that afternoon, but no specific time was given. I simply asked if they could give me about a 30 minute heads up before arriving so I could be available. Instead of responding professionally, I was told, “Forget that!” The technician then stated that he had jobs that paid more money than mine and implied my job wasn’t worth his time. He also accused me of taking too long to respond, even though there were only about eight minutes between our text messages. I understand that schedules change and that emergencies happen, but there is no excuse for treating a potential customer this way. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disrespectful attitude were extremely disappointing, especially when we are currently without air conditioning. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, courteous service.

Outstanding service. Fast , efficient, best Guy in town. Replacement of my 4 ton unit without a hitch. Real professional, does not over charge. He will not disappoint.

Had 5 HVAC companies come and quote me for a new system. Guy was extremely knowledgeable and offered the best price of any of them, by many thousands of dollars. Friends who have used him also have been extremely happy with his work and knowledge; he has shown that he is more interested in my best interest than his bottom line.
