Ok so I live behind where they do "lawn service" and the fence to the storage buildings is in my back yard ,, so I put a flowering vine up to keep my dogs from going crazy everytime people are working on their boats in the storage units (my flower has been there for 3 years never been touched) this year this lawn service cuts my flower completely to where its dead till next year but leaves all the mess around and didnt even clean the ugly grown up area ,, do better !!!! Now I will edit my review since I cant comment back , when I spoke with the owner of the company on the phone he was sooo rude to me so I did contact the storage company this morning ,, the other mess is not cleaned up still ,,, im not this company client and would never want to be after how the man on the phone talked to me ... destroying other people belongings without saying something first is very unprofessional... and you did cut it all but didnt clean any of it off the fence ... make it make sense

We’re sorry you’re unhappy, but we do want to clarify a few things for anyone reading this review.

You are not a customer of M&W Outdoor Services. We were hired by the owner of the storage facility to completely clear the overgrowth, vegetation, vines, and debris from his fence line and haul it away. In several areas, the fence was so overgrown it was barely visible.

The flowering vine you are referring to was growing through and intentionally attached to the storage facility’s fence, which is specifically the area we were hired and instructed by the property owner to clear.

Also, our crew was still actively working on the property when this review was posted. Cleanup of the area was not complete.

We absolutely respect neighboring properties, but when we are hired by a property owner to clear vegetation from their fence line, we have to perform the work we were contracted to do. Leaving a one-star review for our company because we completed work requested by our actual customer, on their property, does not accurately reflect the quality of our service.
M&W have been taking care of our lawn for years. They always do a good job. We have also had them take care of landscaping for us: planting trees and shrubs, mulch, keeping the landscaping in order. They never disappoint. Kelby is always willing to take the time to answer questions and help point us in the right direction. Always done right by us. 100% recommend.
