Me and my mom and dad walked into the lighthouse there was this gentleman by the name of Glenn at the front desk and he approached us and my mom wanted to know some questions and he was available to answer all of my Mom's questions and I saw one that I really am interested in buying it from this lighthouse company Hope I do get one from here in the near future thank you for your help again Glenn we will let you know if we need to get one from your company delivered in the next few days or so I will make sure that the deck is strong enough to hold your hot tubs but to do that we will need a contractor to install our hot tubs for us to look it over to see what we can do about our deck to be strong to hold all the weight and at all and also gallons of water so it is There for enough to put a hot tubs on it and assist the situation and try and find a way to a solution for it as will From michelle matrisciano I think that i just found the hot tub of our dreams Thank you so much lighthouse

Did you know, if you’re struggling with your pool, you can take them a water sample and they tell you exactly what you need?! I have been struggling and working hard and I feel like help is on the way now! Excellent and friendly service!

Jeff, we are a small family owned company that strives to do our best to get to every customer's needs as quickly as possible. Undermining our staff that is working hard to solve the many service calls and questions we get is disappointing. There will be those that get impatient even though we are doing all we can, especially during our peak swimming pool season. We hope you can find a company that can service your hot tub sooner than what our schedule allows.

Love our new fiberglass saltwater inground pool, heater, and dolphin robotic cleaner that we got from Lighthouse Spas and Pools in Siloam Springs, AR this year. They were knowledgeable, very friendly, and worked very quickly. We highly recommend them.it was so nice to work with them and if I call with questions they’re so helpful. Nice to deal with a smaller company than some of the huge ones that wouldn’t return phone calls. They didn’t mind me videotaping each step either. Process was very fast - 12 actual days to build pool & add concrete. UPDATE: It’s my 5th summer with the pool and I couldn’t be happier. Practically maintenance free and always crystal clear. I also have Lighthouse test my water monthly, and professionally open and close my pool for the season.
