Scot was professional and very confident in what he was working on.scot also took pictures of before and after what he worked on and walked me through the repair process. His office manager was very helpful with the scheduling process and returned my phone calls and any texts promptly .I would recommend his company to anyone looking to have gutter work done.

We had Legacy Gutters install gutter protectors on our gutters and we are absolutely thrilled with outcome. They did the install and left no mess, hauled away all of the excess materials. Great folks, fair prices, and quality workmanship. Can't recommend them enough!

My gutter's were dilapidated and faded, dented and dinged from weather. These guys came, measured and replaced in no time flat. They look amazing! Highly recommend!

Well I was always taught if you can’t say nothing good don’t say nothing at all, but you kept asking so here we go . Promptness on coming out to give an est.was good. We have had a lot of rain the last week or so so I understand the delays that they had encountered.I had to contact back to finally get a quote. I had to keep asking when the job would be scheduled and yes I know you’re busy. I was contacted and told it would be the 22nd of June early am. I cleared my schedule on the 22nd so I could be there all day. Then I get a phone call wanting to do it the week before I explain it was my anniversary and I would be gone 3 days but would be back on Monday the 22nd as I promised. Monday the 22nd came along it was raining early but quit by 9:30 or so am. I waited till 1:30 pm since no one had called. The girl who answered the phone acted surprised about the situation said she would call her boss and would call me right back. I called back in about 25mins. It went straight to voice mail but couldn’t leave a message. I then call the office number and whoever answered just hung up. I got a email from the owner saying that Wednesday would work we agreed say it would be early am. After a phone call on Wednesday morning I was told he was on his way just running a little late. Once the owner arrived work went quickly and he did a superb job. They put a complete gutter on the rear of my house.I think the work and company are great, just a big lack of communication on their end. I would recommend their work to anyone. Just hope they figure out the communication issue for the future.
