Zero stars. New gutter job leaking everywhere and no extensions I requested 4x and he promised. No show multiple times for repairs- total waste of money. Now my elderly parents home has $20-$30k in structural damage. Do not trust NATE!

After weeks of delays (we were extremely patient and understanding) and no completion of service, Nate refused to issue a refund. This lack of accountability and customer service is UNACCEPTABLE and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere for more reliable and professional service.

I gave Nate the benefit of the doubt after it took 3 weeks to come look at our house to install gutters. Also, I specifically went over all the downspouts and where we wanted them placed because of drainage issues. We came home to find downspouts in the areas we didn't want them at. Anyway, so far, the gutters appear to be working fine with the exception of the one that is installed 6 inches below the grade by our driveway. We've waited over a month for it to be corrected and it looks like we'll have to hire someone else to fix his mess. With this all said....When the guys were installing the gutters they noticed we had hail damage from a recent storm. Nate gave me the name of a roofer friend of his to call and after conversing with this man and also a couple of other roofers, we chose not to use his friend. This week, I received a very long and hateful text from Nate. He's mad that i didn't use his friend and he didn't get his referral kickback. He made racist remarks about other roofers and told me that we are bad people because we are going to use our "Mexican crew that have already made money on the roof once". They originally istalled our new roof a couple of monts ago. Nate has the misconception that he got my roof "approved" by my insurance company and I somehow owe him for this. The delusional perception he has about how we choose to repair our roof is very concerning. Proceed with caution. I'm sure the guys he subcontacts are good installers, just a little inexperienced. I wish I had done a little more research.
