Janacek Remodeling

Janacek completed a beautiful remodel for us. Workmanship was top notch. When we had any problems, they were very responsive.

Their work is exceptional. Communication is on point. Staff and employees were professional.

We have had 2 bathrooms and a partial kitchen remodel. Each time we have been very pleased with the results. All emplyees have been polite, helpful, considerate of our property and our schedules. This is a company that we would hire for any future remodel needs and highly recommend to anyone needing a remodel or repair.

They do excellent work! The Janacek team is very professional, detail-oriented, and really make sure your preference and experience is of the highest value. 10/10 recommend.

Janacek have been great to work with, our primary contact has been Dustin for the past 6 months and he plus the rest of the crew have been fantastic. We were able to work with them to keep the costs within our budget, communication was stellar and even calling in a warranty repair was a breeze. We fully intend to continue working with them for any future projects and I highly recommend to anyone doing any level of project to consider using them.

Janacek has done outstanding work, there staff clean after themselves, they have strong communication, and are friendly. I will continue to do work with Janacek.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Janacek Remodeling, and I can honestly say they are a very good company that takes pride in the quality of their work. They run a tight ship, use good, reliable subcontractors, and hold everyone to a high standard. Their crews do quality work and are respectful of the customer’s property. One thing that really stands out is how well the subcontractors clean up after themselves and leave the job site in good shape. Overall, Janacek Remodeling is a professional company that cares about doing things the right way and providing high-quality work for their customers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a remodeling company that takes their work seriously.

I was very happy with the work done by Janacek Remodeling, but more importantly I felt like I could trust them every step of the way. Janacek did a great job making my garage conversion and new addition look like part of the original build. We had some problems with a wood floor install, but Janacek stayed on the subs (eventually firing them and taking the job themselves) and got it done for us. I was pleased as I reviewed invoices to find that they had already taken care of zeroing out payments for any remediation work, including time for consults and oversight of the additional work. I also regularly saw credits on my invoices for returned materials that would have been very easy to return but not credit me. All in all, I felt like they acted with integrity throughout the process. Our project manager, Dusty, also did an excellent job. Our project, which was not small, was completed on budget and on schedule. Dusty was quick to respond to any question or concern I had and did a great job scheduling subs to be on site and working as soon as the crew ahead of them was finished. For any remodeling needs, look no further than Janacek Remodeling - you won't be disappointed.
