EJ at HandyFam did a great job cleaning my house after a flooring install. They were quick, flexible, and offered a great rate compared to others in the area. I am glad we chose HandyFam as they are family owned and are extremely professional.

I made the mistake of trying a large, multi-state company before HandyFam, and the difference was night and day. HandyFam is a great family-owned company that doesn’t farm work out to a subcontractor or treat you like an entry on a spreadsheet. Booking my first appointment was fast and easy, with clear communication throughout, then EJ arrived right on time and did excellent work for a fair price. I’ll definitely be booking their monthly service moving forward.

EJ was prompt in replying to my request for a quote and very responsive to subsequent emails. Additionally, the quote provided was priced decently, and compared to other quotes I later received was the most affordable. We were able to quickly get our move out cleaning scheduled. On the day, he arrived early and provided update when finishing. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to meet in person but he was nothing but kind and professional in all interactions. And of course, the house was cleaned immaculately and he had gotten spots that I had been worried wouldn’t be possible to remove. Would 100% recommend!

We used HandyFam Cleaning services for our rental property in Fayetteville. We had another cleaning service booked and they disappointed us by canceling last minute. HandyFam was able to fit us in quickly and professionally. EJ was awesome and met us at the property. We went over all we needed him to do and he was very efficient and did a great job. We would definitely use them again for our property and highly recommend their services.

I called last minute in a panic. Had just found out I was going to a house full of guests in 4 days! They were sooo accommodating. Guests start arriving tomorrow and I won't be embarrassed! EJ showed up exactly at time agreed to. He was very professional and equally respectable. We did a walk through. He explained exactly what he would do in each room and delivered all as promised. They bring all there own supplies but I requested a particular product for my kitchen floor. Wasn't a problem. This is a small family business. It makes me happy to support such businesses.
