Groovy Maid in Fayetteville

Helen was awesome. As requested,, she did not use any chemicals and I could actually breathe after she finished. Under the stove and in the cabinets she did a great job. Would highly recommend All Clean.

This was all around the most amazing experience I could've imagined. Helen was kind, understanding, and extremely professional. My house looks amazing, and I've never been so pleased! Would hands down reccomend to anyone who needs a clean home from a trust-worthy bunch!

All Clean by Anabelle is detailed thorough and well-informed about every part of house cleaning. The cleaner did a fantastic job cleaning every single room in my house! They are the best and I want them to always clean my house.

Helen did a great job on our recent deep clean. This is our third time using this company and each time we are impressed with the quality of work. We will be using them in the future for our cleaning needs!

Not professional and a waste of money. The Fayetteville cleaners don’t even follow their own checklists and management just makes excuses about lack of service. I paid for a deep clean of a 2500sq ft house and they were gone in less than 2hrs. You can Google how long a professional clean is to take and do the math. They should have been here roughly 4 hrs. They failed to clean toilets ( said they were stained but I wiped them clean after they left), missed blinds, baseboards, mirrors, window seals, pushed dust into corners behind doors, didn’t wipe down counters, clean floors, and were overall lack luster. Then when I complained ,I was bullied into allowing them to come back because that’s just their policy. I wanted someone more experienced to come and fix things but they tried to tell me this was their senior cleaner. I have had new hires do a better job. Then the senior cleaner appeared unannounced with only a package of Clorox wipes to “fix”everything and complained about it being her day off and she wanted me to blame all the errors on her partner- which I don’t know who did what. When I showed her some of the items that still needed addressed she said she didn’t have that much time to do it. Why come if you aren’t planning on doing a good job? Horrid experience all around. Looking at some of the responses to the less positive reviews it looks like they ask people to pull down bad reviews. So don’t believe the star rating for this company.

Becky is the best! The company is great to do business with.

I was excited to use these guys because of their reviews but was pretty disappointed when they called an hour after they were supposed to be here to tell me they weren't coming. I understand people get sick and things come up but try to let people know in advance that you aren't going to be there. They didn't charge me, so that's good.

Thank you Cleaning Service team for your great service. I am 100% satisfy.

They are always professional and do a great job. I'll come here again. Thank you so much!

The looks and smells clean! I am so happy we found them!
