Freedom Construction Services

I can’t recommend Freedom Construction and Donald Hicks highly enough—true 5-star excellence from start to finish! They recently re-insulated our attic, and the workmanship was absolutely outstanding. Every detail was handled with precision, care, and top-tier skill. The transformation is flawless! What truly set them apart was their customer service—above and beyond excellent. Donald and the team were professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we were thrilled with the results. They kept us informed every step of the way and went out of their way to address every question. And the price? Incredibly fair for the level of quality delivered. No surprises, no upcharges—just honest, transparent pricing. If you want a contractor who delivers superior craftsmanship, unmatched service, and real value, Freedom Construction and Donald Hicks are the gold standard. We’ll be calling them for every future project!

In an emergency you want someone who can react quickly and has years of professional experience you can trust. Freedom Construction and Restoration checks all those boxes. Donald and his team of experienced professionals were there fast stared the drying right away. When you have a pipe break inside you wall at night and wake up to wet floors call Freedom Restoration for quick response. That’s what I did and I’m glad I found them. Col. David Young Jr.

Don Hicks and the rest of the Freedom Construction Services team were amazing. Out of nowhere we had a water leak in the house. I called Don at the wee hours of the day and he and his team came over and fixed the house. His team was responsive, quick, very reasonably priced, friendly, and provided high quality work. The team was clean and trustworthy.

Such a great job the first time we hired them again for the second and third! The crew was fantastic. Listened to our wants and made sure they happened. They showed up as scheduled. You can’t go wrong with this company!

My husband and I thought someone would come out to do a walk-through once the job was completed. We have some significant issues with the work that was done. We still have pieces of rotted siding on our home that need replacing. The company ordered, and we paid for the wrong wood as part of the project to complete the siding repair on our home, requiring the old siding to be removed from the front and side of our home to be reused for the siding replacement on the back of our home. The stained wood does not match the color of the other wood siding on our home. This project was initially quoted as a 3-5 day project that turned into a 3-month project from beginning to completion. My husband's ladder was used to repair the siding in the back of our home, and it was thrown down and left in the backyard. We have several construction projects remaining on our home, and the hope was that we could find a construction company that we could use to provide all the additional work we needed to complete. Unfortunately, we will not be using Freedom Construction Services for any further projects due to the issues during this project. We are sorry, but we won't recommend this company to anyone looking for a construction company. Saying we are disappointed in the work done is an understatement and has left us dissatisfied. Look up their reviews on other sites and the majority are negative- wish I had done more research before hiring this company! Would have saved me a lot of money and heart ache! Lesson learned.

While I haven't personally worked with Freedom Construction, I have referred several clients to them, and the feedback has been consistently positive. Their professional work and polite team have earned high praise for delivering quality results and excellent customer service. 5/5 recommend.

I had my exterior doors replaced recently and FCS was a great help, work looks great and they were quick with the process of it all. Will use again for future projects.

Great experience! I hired Freedom to put a new privacy fence and a few small drywall projects. It always looks great, smooth process, good price.
