Obviously they are very knowledgeable about the different types of carpet. I came in looking for a type of carpet that is advertised on tv, and even tho they handled that type of carpet they steered me towards another brand that would wear better and was cheaper. The finished installation was beautiful. I would highly recommend.

Product: Quality at a very affordable price. Service: Excellent! Installation: I cannot say enough good things about Johnny and Noah. Meticulous attention to detail. Professional, courteous, friendly, and a real pleasure to have in our home. We'd love to have them both over for a meal anytime. Overall: Exceptional!

Flooring by Design is by far the BEST flooring company you will find. Their prices are fair, their staff are professional and accountable. The owner, Craig Shaw, took the time to personally help me make the best choices for my home remodel. I am overjoyed with the outcome and get compliments from everyone who visits my home. Top notch! Look no further! Flooring by Design is the absolute best!!

This is an awful company, I had hired them to install the flooring and I was very displeased by the ending result and instead of helping fixed the situation, they just argued with me.

This is the wrong company. We don't have an invoice or a history of doing business.
