Endeavor Construction Services LLC

Fran and his team have been wonderful to work with! Since moving into our home, we've had the pleasure of working with Endeavor LLC on multiple projects, both large and small. Their work over the past year has included a full-scale shower rebuild, electrical projects (new lighting and outlets), plumbing, painting (including correcting poor paint lines left by another company), extensive custom cabinetry construction and installation, and building a new closet for us. Fran is knowledgeable, dependable, genuine, and takes pride in doing things the right way. What we appreciate most is that Fran truly stands behind his work. He offers a one-year guarantee and genuinely follows through on it. He also prioritizes high-quality paints and materials unless otherwise discussed with the homeowner in advance. He doesn't simply default to cheaper, "contractor-grade" products because he understands that quality truly matters. Another detail we appreciate is the care his team takes to protect our home while working. For example, when drilling into the ceiling to install a light, they'll have a bowl ready to catch the dust and will vacuum afterward. It's a small detail, but that level of thoughtfulness makes a big difference when you're living in a home during renovations. And if something needs additional attention months after a project is completed, Fran is willing to return as many times as necessary to make things right. Just as importantly, he shows up when he says he will. That kind of accountability and commitment to his customers is hard to find! Beyond his workmanship, Fran is simply a pleasure to work with. He communicates well, has a great sense of humor, and keeps things lighthearted along the way (including some pretty entertaining GIF responses to texts!). He's become someone we know we can call whenever another project comes up, and that peace of mind is invaluable. We're grateful for all he's done to help make our house feel like home and highly recommend Fran and Endeavor LLC!

Endeavor is a stand up company, and the owner Fran is great to work with. His communication, punctuality, and work ethic are all top notch!

The best experience ever, I was expecting something great out of my construction proyect but result exceeded my expectations and the best of all in less time than previous contractors estimates. Highly recommend.

Endeavor Construction removed a small shed in our backyard and built us a larger storage building including a cement pad and sidewalk from the front, that cleared out our garage. All of the subcontractors Fran used did excellent work. They were all prompt and courteous. Fran Baires is a great construction contractor and follows up well. We had Fran come back to build and install a coffee bar. He matched our kitchen cabinets and had us pick out our granite top. He operates with such integrity and is great to work with. His subcontractors do great work and he follows up to make sure we are satisfied.

This is the business to call if you want professional, efficient work. They will do the job and get it done quickly but everything will be top notch!

I have used and recommended Endeavors Construction on multiple projects and they have performed with excellence every time. Great company.

I have used Endeavor for various projects now over the last year or so, including popcorn ceiling removal, bathroom vanity update, privacy fence installation, ceiling lighting update, and painting. Fran, the owner, is always prompt with responses and he quickly addresses concerns when they come up. His prices are reasonable as well. His crews do wonderful work and are professional when they are present. They clean up after themselves when the work is completed. Fran will inspect the work afterward and has always so far made sure I was satisfied. Fran made sure he understood what the I wanted and gave me options on things for price variance (I.e. different fencing options, different lighting options, etc). As anyone who owns a home knows, home project lists may get shorter, but are rarely ever finished. I still have a long list that I plan to have Fran and his crew help with in the future.

I have worked with this company for about 5yrs. Very thorough and knowledgeable about products and systems. Keeps a schedule well and works hard to stay on budget. Great group of guys. Look forward to much more business with them

I wanna share my experience with Endeavor Construction the services they provided were not only exceptional in five star the one thing that stuck out the most their schedule When their Management told me they were gonna be there every time they were there all time as promised and they didn’t rush through the project just to get it done. They took time to get it done right and even ask questions to make sure that I was OK with it. It’s hard to find a company that has all these qualities and with that I give Endeavor Construction five stars. And most definitely continue to use them for future projects. To Fran and his employees I wanna say thank you and we appreciate you.
