I worked primarily with Jacob Oliver from the planning to completion stage and everything went by quite smoothly, the only minor issue an understandable delay because of the wild heat waves this summer, but I was kept appraised of them very well. The main portion of the roofing itself was finished within 2 days, with scattered amounts of extra time after for things anticipated and expected to pop up, all taken care of in a timely manner. Would recommend Jacob in particular for the ease of walkthrough on any given side of the project

Jacob Oliver at the Lowell AR branch did a great job navigating the process of replacing our roof after a hail storm. He came to the house and thoroughly inspected roof. Meet insurance company inspector and took it from there. Hard working young man! Greatly appreciated his effort.

Thrilled with the services I received. Jacob came by and inspected my roof after the storms this year. I expected him to come and try to sell me a new roof, but instead he came down and showed me pics and told me it wasn't enough damage, and eased my stress! hard to trust people nowadays, but these guys are legit and honest.

Jacob did a great job working with the insurance adjusters. Did a great job on new roof and cleaning up when done.

I had a great experience with Emerson , especially Sabrina Hall, she inspected my house and followed up with insurance company to help get my house claim approved She was very knowledgeable and helpfully. Highly recommend Sabrina and Emerson Robert

Kindle, Jake and Sabrina did a roof inspection of my home today. Only took about 15 minutes and thankfully no repairs or replacements needed at this time. They did advise on a couple of things to keep in mind, as the roof ages. Appreciate their time and advice.

Honest people work here! That was my experience. Sabrina and Kendal came out to take a look at my roof, free of charge. After inspecting my roof, they came back to let me know that there are a few dings, but nothing of major concern. This was huge for me! They certainly could have pushed the fact that there are dings, with the hopes of selling me a new roof install. Even though I didn’t use their services, I can tell you I definitely will use them in the future!

I recently contracted with Emerson Roofing to replace my hail damaged roof. The sales staff, the Project Manager and the roofing crew were excellent to work with. They kept me informed of each phase of the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Excellent service from Avonte Martinez, came out and communicated what needed to be inspected and why. Prior to departing he explained his findings not to mention he was very respectful and professional. I would highly recommend Avonte for roofing services.
