DogWatch of Arkansas

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Dylan responded the same day as my inquiry, came for a visit to meet my pups/scope out our yard, and finished the hidden fence all within the same week of my inquiry. He even worked around my work schedule to come back and train my pups and answer all my questions. We have a very sloped yard on a lake, but it wasn’t an issue for him. They were very efficient! The weeks after, he checked in to ensure it was a smooth transition and the dogs were adapting well. I would highly recommend!!

Never in a million years did I believe that an invisible fence could keep our pups contained in our yard— but it works! Our fence has been installed for 6+ years and still works like a charm. Anytime we’ve had an issue, DogWatch was quick to help.

Working with the owners of Dog Watch was such a pleasant experience. They answered all of my questions and came out very quickly to get my fence installed. They even stayed after the install to help teach my dog where the new boundary was. They continue to check in to make sure that my dog is doing okay with the fence and answer any additional questions that I have.

We had a great experience with DogWatch of Arkansas ! The entire process was easy from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, showed up when they said they would, and took the time to explain everything and make sure we understood how the system and training worked. The fence has worked great, and it’s been a huge relief knowing our dogs can enjoy the yard safely without us constantly worrying about them getting out. The quality of the system and the customer service have both been excellent.

Neil was fantastic! Fair pricing, very quick, and high quality service. Would happily work with this company again.

Came during a tough time for us which helped us reduce stress with the high energy dog while I had to be a carer for hospice parent. Whenever we have needed them to do a repair or help with something they've been awesome. Great addition we haven't regretted once

We have had Dogwatch for 2 years with amazing results and excellent service! Neil has been incredibly responsive and helpful to support our requests for layout changes, flagging and answering any questions along the way. Highly recommend Dogwatch for underground fence.

Fantastic company with customer service that never ends. You can trust them to keep your dogs in your yard and to come assist when things happen.

I bought a Dogwatch fence for my crazy blue heeler mix. The fence has been fantastic - but even more important is the friendly and responsive customer service!

Great company with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.
