He was always quick to answer our questions, kept us updated throughout the project, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. Our pool turned out beautiful, and we’re so happy with how everything came together. The quality of the work really shows, and it’s clear Rick and his team take pride in what they do. Rick and his team were incredibly easy to deal with and always quick to communicate on scheduling, issues, updates, pricing, etc. Building a pool isn’t a quick, easy, or cheap process and Countryside understood the investment being made. I promise that if you’re looking for a pool, give them a call and you won’t be disappointed.

From owner Rick Nelson’s reassuring first visit to his daughter Ashlynn’s professionalism to JD Stafford’s expertise and guidance, Countryside Pools put us at ease every step of the way. They broke ground nearly three months ahead of schedule. The crew was always on time and conscientious of our property. The final product surpassed all of our expectations — and with the heater, we celebrated the 2025 Christmas holidays IN the pool with our family (see pics). Thank you, Rick and the crew. Countryside completed our pool and pool side pavilion earlier this year and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We received quotes from a couple different pool companies and Countryside was the best option. Rick (the owner) and his entire team were great to work with. They were professional, transparent, punctual and honest. Rick was very involved throughout the process and he made sure to communicate updates on a daily basis. We had several revisions to our design and also wanted a pavilion and Rick and Katie were both very patient and worked with us on cost and different design options. If you’re on the fence about getting a pool because of the investment and size of project, go with Rick and team and you won’t regret it.

Rick Nelson and his teams completed construction of our pool, pool decks and outdoor kitchen. From the beginning Countryside was transparent on timelines and contract pricing. Before landing on Countryside Pools we bid out to most of the local Pool builders and for us, Countryside was the most transparent and delivered a quality pool our family will enjoy for years to come.

I’ll say it’s a good pool, but the owner is belligerent and does not understand quite a few things. His employees have carried him, only to be fired or leave for trying to educate him. Hindsight, I would have not invested in his foolish attitude. Update: i did not call rick at 10 at night. I sent a text earlier that evening, simply asking for warranty info for the pump. He was combative and rude.

We love our pool and backyard! We waited a while to have Rick build our pool! But it was worth it! I will say this, he is very hands on and available! If u have a question, problem, concern, he will actually answer and address it! The crew showed up everyday(early and stayed late rain or shine)!
