I had a very difficult time with Cleanit overall. They rescheduled me for a time that worked for them when they already agreed to a day that worked for the both of us. Then the cleaning services was not in depth or detail orientated. They turned a blind eye on things that I was vocal about upfront. Then I was in direct contact with the manager “Kimberly”. It was difficult to find a time for her to inspect the house after the cleaning which made us feel like she does not care for her customers. When I told her my issues with the cleaning she was very defensive and did not want to hear us out. Overall, we are very disappointed in their services and customer care. I will not be using them again.

We have three auto shops and oil change centers in Fayetteville, AR. Definitely some dirty spaces! We believe in providing a clean space for our customers to wait. CleanIt helps us keep our waiting rooms and restrooms sparkling. We appreciate the service CleanIT provides our businesses! We enjoy the fresh, clean environment they give every time! We appreciate the schedule they keep, timely and professional.
