Excellent and professional service from beginning to end. Crew and equipment were more than sufficient to get the job done in a timely and safe manner. And they cleaned up as if they had never been here. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

This was the 4th time to use Brown's services to remove trees from our property. Sad, it will be the last. They came out looked at the job, we talked, and signed a contract to have a dying tree removed along with stump removal in the contract. They removed the tree, sent a invoice for the full contract amount without removing the stump. Called to let them know the stump was still in the ground. 2 weeks later they called to let me know the stump removal crew was at my home to finish the job. Stump is still in the ground and they wanted payment so I removed the stump cost from the signed contract and paid them. I guess a signed contract with this company doesn't........ You fill in the rest of this story. Sad, Very Sad....

We have been voted the #1 tree company in NWA five times now, out of hundreds of companies for a reason. We make it a point to be super careful when at people's homes. 20 years owning the company, when we tell a customer part of the job can't be completed, or it will destroy their landscaping, they understand. We told you in person, by email and left voicemails that the stump grinder would destroy your metal fence. No homeowner calls to a tree company to have thousands of damage done. We gave alternative ways to remove the stump, even offering to spend more money out of pocket to do so, and you turned them down. The alternative method we gave to remove the stump would have cost us more than what we charged you. It would have cost us about $400 to remove a 225 stump. We were willing to lose 175 to make you happy. You refused still. Ticket was reduced accordingly to remove the stump. We always take care of people's property, we will not purposefully run a 2,000 pound stump grinder over a fence and destroy it, which is what you are demanding us to do. Completely unreasonable, and a first among our thousands of customers. Completely defies logic.

I called Browns and they had an estimate on site completed the same day. They did a great job. I will be using them again the next time I need tree service.

I was very disappointed with Browns Tree Service. Communication was poor from the start, and the work was not completed as agreed. They left large portions of the tree uncut. Despite my follow-up calls, I never received a clear answer on when they would finish the job. For the price they charge, I expected professionalism, thoroughness, and respect for the customer — unfortunately, I experienced none of that. I would not recommend this company.

One of the worst communication experiences I have had to deal with. I constantly had to follow up, micromanage scheduled appts (due to not showing up when they said they would). When they finally did show up after 2 months of trying to nail a day they didn’t even do the job right and have yet to coordinate coming back to finish. I do not recommend.

As we have told you numerous times, its been raining so much this year that we were worried we'd destroy your yard with the machinery. Customers are understanding about that - the trucks weigh 15+ tons and the yard has to be completely dry. The crews, on your job in particular, were very concerned...you have a nice yard, and the trucks would have caused 4-5K in damage to the yard. It is very hard to predict when a yard will be dry this time of year, it can be days, and any new rains slow down us getting out. We get rain, then 48 hours later, we get more rain.
No one has ever chastised us for saving their yard, this would be a first. As far as returned calls go, I looked at the call logs, and there is a lot of phone tag going on.
I'll have someone come take a look at the trees in the next 48 hours to see if there is anything else that needs done. Thanks. - Owner.

Browns used to do good work and provide good customer service, coordinating effectively on when they would show up and discussing what work would be done. Never cheap, but worth it because they were bonded & insured, highly qualified, and reliable. That is not what I experienced in 2024. Poor communication, showing up unannounced, doing work that had not been agreed to before I could make it back home, and then mis-applying my payment. (They continue sending weekly invoices for work that was paid for with a check that cleared my account over a month ago.) It has been a nightmare trying to deal with this company I once had confidence in.

This is a family owned business. The person you spoke to in the past is very very sick. We are in the hospital every day as a family, day and night. Call 273-0202 if you wish to resolve. It is what it is. We didnt ask for anyone to be in horrible health, but this is where life has us. We thought abput closing down a bit, but we are back working.

All of my interactions with Brown's tree care were positive. From the first phone call to the follow-up after the tree was removed. I'm so grateful they spent extra time and care removing the tree. I know it was a hassle because they were unable to use their large equipment because of the proximity of the septic tank. Brown's is an excellent choice in an emergency, or for preventative care. Thank you all so much!

Thank you kindly. It was a difficult and complicated job, but those are the most interesting ones.
