Backus Concrete, LLC

I can’t say enough good things about Backus Concrete and the way they stand behind their work. Fifteen years ago, when Backus Concrete was only about five years old, they poured my circular driveway and courtyard parking area. The work was excellent, and after all these years, everything has held up remarkably well. Fast forward 15 years, and Backus Concrete has grown into a large, highly successful commercial concrete company. They are no longer doing residential projects, so I really wasn’t sure what to expect when I called John recently to ask if he could help me address a few cracks and reseal the spacers in the original concrete. John could have easily said, “We don’t do residential work anymore,” and I would have completely understood. Instead, he said he would be happy to help. More than that, he personally came out to my house to look at the project and see what needed to be done. He then sent two of his best guys to take care of it—one of whom was actually one of the crew members who poured the original concrete 15 years ago. They did an absolutely outstanding job. The attention to detail, workmanship, and pride they took in making sure everything was done right were truly impressive. They went far beyond what I expected. To me, this says a lot about a company. After 15 years, with a much larger commercial operation, John and Backus Concrete still took the time to help a former residential customer and make sure the job was done right. That kind of customer service and commitment to quality is rare these days. If you are considering Backus Concrete for a project, I would highly recommend them. Their work speaks for itself, but their willingness to stand behind that work 15 years later speaks even louder. Thank you to John and the entire Backus Concrete team for an outstanding job!

So grateful for everyone over at Backus Concrete! We had a big issue arise at our business that needed to get fixed fast and John, Jeremy and their team came right over and got us taken care of in just a few days. A project I was stressing over as it was causing a main piece of our business to shut down until it was fixed, turned into a seamless and stress free process that Backus was able to handle without a hiccup. Great communication throughout the process and everyone involved handled themselves in a very professional and polite manner. Will use again and again if it ever comes to concrete related needs.

John, Jeremey and their entire team did tremendous work for us! Needed a job done that wasn't easy and they were able to deliver in a very quick manner. From start to finish their team was very professional, timely and great to work with. Really appreciated the communication throughout the whole process and wasn't surprised at any point along the way. 5 Stars and will use again if I have anymore concrete needs.

Backus did a great job! They were on time, professional, and provided expert advice. Thank you for the great work!

10 out of 10 would recommend. Backus Concrete does amazing work and the entire team has an amazing work ethic. John and Paul and the entire crew work tirelessly to make sure their work is superior.

Excellent company and Owners are fantastic!

Professional, quick and very well organized. Thanks, Paul! No, they’re not the cheapest concrete contractor in the area, but if you want the job done professionally, fast, on time, and correctly, you’ll be happy to spend the extra few dollars.

Fantastic company! Excellent people and great work!
