I rated this young man high. I must recall that. I was shown pictures of the opening in my downspouts. Those appeared clean. However, a few days after the work, I discovered at least two downspouts were not cleaned out. I was promised he would return and clean them. However, after giving me two dates and times, he did not show for either and did not inform me that he would not show. I asked for a partial refund so I could hire another person to complete the job, he refused.

Jay, I’m sorry you’re unhappy with your experience. We originally discounted the service quoted price to work within your budget, and the gutter cleaning & downspout flush was completed with documented photos at the time of the service. When you later raised concerns regarding the downspouts, I offered to return and inspect them.

Unfortunately, I missed the follow up appointments do to weather and a scheduling issue on my end and I take full responsibility for not communicating better. My intention was to always to address your concerns rather than leave the issue unresolved.

While we were unable to come an agreement regarding a refund, I appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward !

After the storms, our gutters were in rough shape. Brayden and his brother did amazing work. Working with these guys was great. He responded super quickly on Facebook and was able to give me a quote instantly with next day service available. Solid communicator and lots of different payment options available for service. Would recommend

Ya’ll, I am not lying when I say my roof is not easy. There are many gutters and downspouts, some two stories high and some one story. Braydon came by at the scheduled time, did the work, and took before and after photos of each gutter to reassure me the work was completed. Excellent communication and professionalism. He even took the time to do a quick repair to one of the screens. 10/10 do recommend and will use again.

Thank you so much, Molly! I really appreciate the kind words and the opportunity to work on your home. With multi-level roofs and multiple downspouts, jobs like yours can definitely be tricky, so I’m glad I could make the process smooth and keep you updated with before and after photos. It was a pleasure working with you, and I’d be more than happy to help anytime you need gutter or exterior maintenance in the future!
