All Brands Appliance Repair

If I could give them .01 I would. The sale started out well. We bought a used dryer, paid extra for delivery (even though he was late). Chuck was nice, brought it out hooked it up, explained our “warranty” and went on his way. Next day I put my first load of laundry in the dryer and it made the loudest, screeching noise I’ve ever heard! Monday morning I messaged Chuck, said he’d come out and get it taken care of. That was well over a week ago and there has been minimal to zero communication. The few messages I have received have either been empty promises or lame excuses. Today I requested that he come get the dryer and refund my money. I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE!!! I am beyond frustrated!! This is NOT how a business should be ran!! After reading some of the previews I see that this business has been running this way for SEVERAL years. Absolutely SHAMEFUL. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I am going to do all I can to get my money back because Lord knows they aren’t gonna come fix the thing. Do better. Be better humans.

GREAT communication, punctual, efficient, tidy, respectful, just an all around great experience. Got my dryer running again and cleaned the vent for less than 100.00. I would definitely call him again if need be.

We bought a washer and dryer set, the 1st day the dryer was very noisy, chuck did come and repair after a few days , the washing machine on the other hand has not worked properly aince we had it, called many times to have him co.e to repair, no answer...messaged...no resonse. Im thinking about taking them back and getting a refund. If he doesnt respond soon. Today is december 21 2024. Well i waited an extra week trying to get a response from him and ....nothing, i had to scrap that piece of junk he called a good washer and ended up buying a new one..he should have at least replied, and should give me at least half of my money back for all my troubles.

I called him he was out within a few hours fix the problem best work I've ever had anybody do for me

Chuck came out for a dryer repair. Within 3 weeks the repair needed a repair. I attempted to contact him several times on multiple platforms to honor my 90 day warranty. He has only responded one time. He is extremely avoidant and unprofessional. Save your money, time and energy!

Man repaired a dryer and it broke again immediately. He came back out and fixed it again. Gave a "90 day warranty " it broke again before the 90 days were up and he will not return phone calls...out all of the money and still no dryer....would give a zero if possible. Beware of this person!

I've been using all brands appliance for several years now. Anytime I have a problem with an appliance I call him he's there same day or within 24 hours.He's reliable, trustworthy and takes care of any appliance. He's good to go I recommend him highly FIVE STARS for sure.!! :)
