It was an amazing job and on short notice. My landlords couldn’t have been more pleased. Having so many health issues I had to trust the job to someone else. He didn’t disappoint. Very grateful for all the extra care and time. Thank you.

Marcus and his team did a great job cleaning my Airbnb. My biggest concern was attention to detail and they for exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend!

We hired 24 Seven to do a move out clean on a 4 bedroom college townhouse that 4 boys lived in for 2 years - they did an AMAZING job. We weren't in town, but they provided pictures of all the rooms and appliances after cleaning. The townhouse was kind of disgusting and they cleaned it to perfection. I only wish we had hired them for a move in clean and maybe some in between. Great service, great pricing, excellent communication and flexible scheduling. A+ all around. Thank you for saving this mom a lot of time and frustration!!

Here are the photos of how Marcus left our rental property. We had an agreement that he would receive reduced rent if he cleaned apartments for us. When we didn’t have work for him, he didn’t pay his rent. A mess like this doesn’t happen overnight and shows how they treat someone else’s property. We trespassed them from the unit before they could do further damage. I would recommend staying far away from Marcus. His current landlord also filed an eviction with the court system, hopefully he leaves their place in better shape. Since he lost in court, he left a negative review of our business. Now after agreeing to take it down if I removed a previous review, he’s saying he’ll only take it down if we release his debt. Not only is that money he owes us for lost rent, it’s also for all of this damage! I sincerely hope he’ll just remove his review and then I will remove this review and we can all move on with our lives.

I’m updating this review to respond to recent malicious and misleading claims and to speak the truth, clearly and unapologetically.<br><br>Yes, the photos posted were from our apartment but they were taken after we were locked out and not given the opportunity to finish our move. The reason we didn’t fully clear everything out? My wife was very sick that weekend, and despite requesting more time in court, we were denied. We never abandoned the unit, we were forced out before we could finish. What’s shown was not how we left it. It was clearly trashed or manipulated after the fact, and we were not allowed back in to retrieve important belongings.<br><br>Even the deputy on site was shocked at how we were treated. He told us directly that he couldn’t believe what we were being put through. When he learned our daughter’s scooter had been thrown in the dumpster by Chris (the landlord), and Chris refused to retrieve it, the deputy jumped into the dumpster himself to get it back, disobeying Chris’s instructions because he knew it was the right thing to do. That moment said it all.<br><br>This entire situation has been fueled by retaliation.<br> • The reviewer, Madeline K., is not just a landlord — she’s an attorney.<br> • She posted this after I publicly told the truth about our experience.<br> • She later offered to remove her review if I took mine down and agreed to drop the debt — a clear act of coercion and blackmail, which I’ve documented with screenshots.<br> • Chris has a pattern of harassment, including entering our home during a virtual court proceeding, claiming it was “his house,” and instructing us to remove a previous tenant’s belongings so he could illegally re-lease the unit. We had a falling out because we would not play along with those unethical demands.<br><br>I will not be removing my reviews.<br>I will not be intimidated.<br>And I am fully within my rights to defend myself and my business.<br><br>I’ve already spoken with Legal Aid and have been connected with the proper legal support. I’ve preserved all communications, screenshots, and evidence. This is no longer just a dispute Madeline. We have been using 24seven cleaning for about 2 years now. They are the absolute BEST. Our house has never looked better after they clean. Not to mention, some of the nicest people I’ve met.

These folks did a great job cleaning our 1800sq ft home. Throughout the scheduling process they were communicative, responsive and overall professional. They were very thorough, friendly, and respectful of our home. We recommend without reservation!

THIS CLEANING SERVICE IS FABULOUS!!! I HAD LISTED MY HOME AND REALLY NEEDED TO HAVE A DEEP CLEANING FOR PICTURES AND SHOWING. THEY MADE MY HOME LOOK AND SMELL AMAZING. EVERY DETAIL WAS DONE PERFECTLY. I RECOMMEND THEY HIGHLY THEY DO AMAZING WORK. BY THE WAY I WENT UNDER CONTRACT IN LESS THAN 5 DAYS! I HAVE TO GIVE ALOT OF CREDIT FOR THAT. THANKS AGAIN.
