Is Call NWA free to use?
Yes. Search, compare, and call as much as you like. There is no account, and homeowners are not charged.
Do you take a cut when I hire someone?
No. You call the company yourself, or send a quote request that is emailed on. Companies cannot pay to move up the default list. A sponsored spot, when one is sold, is labeled.
Where do the ratings come from?
The stars and review counts on each listing are from Google. Written reviews on the page are the ones stored for that company.
How is the list ordered?
Best rated is the default. It ranks the Google rating weighted by the number of reviews, so a 4.9 from hundreds of reviews can sit above a 5.0 from a few. Sponsored listings stay first on that sort and are labeled. Companies based in the city stay above companies that only serve it. You can also sort by most reviews or A to Z, set a minimum star rating, or keep only companies that are open now in Central time. The numbers match the map pins.
